Reservations - German Shorthaired Pointers for hunting and field trial and show

All our puppies and/or dogs are sold in good health, dew claws removed, wormed at least twice, and 7 way puppy shots started at 5 weeks of age (minimum of two before the puppy is released). You are given a small amount of the food puppies are on, to make the transition to your choice of dog food less stressful. You are will be given basic information on the care and feeding of young puppies to assist you.

You will receive a "bill of sale" that includes a very comprehensive guarantee covering hips, eyes and any other "inherited" health defects for a period of two years from the date of whelp to allow you to get health clearances on the dog if you so desire. This guarantee provides for the replacement of the pup with one of equal value from a subsequent litter.

You will receive an AKC puppy registration certificate, which can be submitted to AKC for individual registration of your pup. All pups are sold with "full" registration privileges as granted by the AKC. It is strongly recommended that you spay or nueter your dog at the appropriate age. Breeding contracts are some times offered and health evaluations must be done prior to breeding. We will also provide a shot and worming record with the dates and the products used with room for you to update as your pup gets additional shots.

Price of the pups start at $700 and go up from there, with older started and trained dogs occasionally available. Puppies are usually released at 8 weeks of age. Puppies that are shipped must follow airline policy, which is not before 8 weeks of age.

To reserve a pup from an upcoming litter or from a litter not yet old enough to go to new homes, we accept $100 deposits to reserve a pick. Picks of the pups are done in the "order" of the deposits received on the litter. Competition homes do have priority. You must specify male or female. Please include litter information (name of mom and dad) along with choice of male or female. Be sure to include your name, address and phone numbers where you can be contacted.
